Beginner’s lunch class begins October 22nd!

T/Th 12-1PM

This powerlifting class is designed for newer lifters, and is also great for those looking to get their lifts in during the day in about an hour.

If you haven’t been lifting for long, have taken a long break, or even have never touched a barbell before, this three-day-per-week class will build you a great base and make you stronger surrounded by people that support you in your journey.

  • This class is designed for newer lifters, complete beginners, and those coming back from a long break. Your coach will program movements to help you build strength and shore up weaknesses, and will help you develop proper technique that is unique to you.

  • Even if you’re not used to barbell training, this class will help you get stronger. Your coach writes programming that will build a strong base and they are there to provide feedback on your lifts to improve your technique as you get stronger.

If you can attend class regularly, you will absolutely get stronger!

  • Yes!

There are several other class times and types available including Women’s-only.

Please browse our Gym page for all of our classes and times, or send us an email at info@anchorpower.co and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours!

  • Classes cost $200 per month, and include 24-hour open access to the rest of the gym. This includes all of your programming and coaching.

By itself open gym access alone is $125/month, so classes are a steal!

Our Story

Holli and John started Anchor as a way to combat stagnation in lifting and life by helping others to get stronger. They found that lifting and progressing in the sport of powerlifting gave them a sense of confidence they hadn’t found elsewhere, and a mental framework to make gains in their lives outside the gym.

Anchor was founded to bring this framework to the world–no matter who you are or where you’re starting from.
