Anchor Distance Coaching
Distance coaching is an efficient way of carrying out your programming in your gym under the watchful, experienced eye of your coach.
The coach-athlete relationship is one of the most rewarding things as a lifter—a place of open communication, collaboration, hard work, as well as adjustments based on progress.
Once you select your coach, they will work closely with you to build training blocks that help you meet your goals over time.
-
Distance coaching is popular with athletes who are looking for more structure, accountability, and some expert eyes on their lifts. With personalized programming and your coach’s feedback, you will build confidence and put more weight on the bar.
-
When you’re ready, select how many days you train per week and click Sign Up!
During the checkout process you’ll have a chance to choose your coach; OR you can select to choose later once you know more about us.
After this we’ll send you an onboarding package that includes an in-depth survey about you, your lifting history, and your goals and preferences.
Based on your history and goals you’ll be matched with one of our coaches and they’ll get you started!
-
All of our coaches use Discord to communicate with their athletes. This allows you to easily submit your lifting videos for feedback, and it keeps a record of everything in your own private channel.
You also will be part of the greater Anchor Discord, where you can connect with everyone in our awesome community. It’s an amazing group of people, and you’ll find yourself at home here if positivity and progress is your thing.
