Anchor Durham Kids/Youth Class: April-May-- 8 week session!
Looking for a fun activity for your kids that teaches them to get stronger and encourages them to be their best selves? Our kids/youth strength training class is developed to help kids learn to be active and how to get stronger in the best ways.
Centered around powerlifting, these classes are designed to teach kids how to actively engage their bodies to get stronger and be comfortable in a gym or athletic setting. The amazement on their faces when they realize they are stronger than they think they are is always rewarding.
These classes are for kids ages 8-16 at $100/month.
Class duration is 8 weeks, April 12-May 31st
Classes meet Saturdays 3:00—4:00PM
Our coaches will be there to provide them with all of their programming, as well as any movement tips and advice they need as they progress.
