Anchor Pain in Lifting Clinic
The first of our specialty clinics, the Pain in Lifting clinic is intended for those that have been lifting for awhile and have experienced pain during a movement, or recurring pain during the course of their training.
We are going to pass along what we have learned as coaches, with athletes spanning all ages and levels of training, from beginner to advanced.

Anchor Gym Ice Cream Social!

Women’s Powerlifting Clinic
Anchor’s powerlifting clinics are a perfect place to improve your lifting technique, or even to learn the squat, bench press, and deadlift for the first time! Lifters of all backgrounds are encouraged to register.
From Acuity: In this event you will dive into technique in the three lifts and get tips and cues based on where you are as a lifter—whether this is your first time under a barbell, or you are ready to compete.

Squat Clinic
Anchor is conducting a SQUAT ONLY clinic!
In this event you will dive into technique in the squat and get tips and cues based on where you are as a lifter—whether this is your first time touching a barbell, or you are ready to compete.
This event is sure to be a fun time--so come prepared to lift and take notes!
Bring any lifting gear you normally use or at least wear flat-ish shoes.

Co-ed Powerlifting Clinic
Anchor is conducting a co-ed powerlifting clinic!
In this event you will dive into technique in the three lifts and get tips and cues based on where you are as a lifter—whether this is your first time under a barbell, or you are ready to compete.

Bench Press Clinic
Intensive, hands-on work covering techniques to help you put more weight on the bar. We will demonstrate nuances of this technical lift, and will help you individually with changes to your setup, bracing, and execution.
Everyone will pick up strategies to apply in their own training (or in our classes)—even accessory movements that will shore up individual weak points. This CO-ED clinic is open to anyone that wants to take their bench press to the next level.

Men’s Powerlifting Clinic
