Want to drop in to train at Anchor Durham? You’ve found the right place!
Drop-in training is available WEEKDAYS ONLY 8am through 6pm.
Drop-in passes are only available during these times due to people disrespecting the space, unfortunately.

About the Anchor Open Class
The “Open” class is simply a mixed-gender and age class (we also offer a women’s-only class for those that prefer that setting, so sign up for where you’ll feel most comfortable!).
While all powerlifting classes at Anchor are beginner friendly, we highly recommend starting with a Monday, Wednesday, Friday class if you are brand new to the barbell.
These classes meet 2 or 3 days per week for 60 or 90 minutes. Our coaches are there to provide you with all of your programming, as well as any movement tips and advice you need as you progress.
For 2-day-per-week variant classes, you also get an additional third day of programming to do on your own!
Each class is limited to 10 participants in our newly-renovated and outfitted facility in downtown Durham.
About the Anchor Women’s-only Class
This class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30—6PM
When Anchor started, the women’s class was our very first offering. Our coaches couldn’t be more passionate about bringing women into the sport of powerlifting and helping women everywhere to realize all of the benefits this sport can bring to their lives.
These classes meet for 90 minutes. Our coaches are there to provide you with all of your programming, as well as movement tips and advice you need as you progress.
